What would cause the horn and the cruse not to work
It wont let me use cruse or the horn on my lincoln ls i realy need help.

the dash pad may be bad or a bad connection. they both work through this.
get a shop to verify.

u have to replace the clock spring its bad.u have to remove the steering wheel to get to it.
