2001 xj8 power steering pump removal procedure

Just what needs to be down to remove power steering pump on the XJ8

Intake,A/C,engine mounts,lines,brackets ect not a DIY job needs special tools and training. If you attempt get instruction manual much to complicated to explain via computer

Docfixit you are totally wrong and gave bad advice. All you do is take off pump drive pulley (3) bolts, remove upper radiator hose off of radiator, upper cooling transmissiion line to give you more room and two bolts hold on the pump. Remove high pressure hose and reservoir hose. An hour will wrap it up. Turtlekiller.

Docfixit is absolutely wrong! I just finished removing the pump on 2001 Vanden Plas following turtlekiller's step. Only special tool need air wrench to take pulley off. Otherwise easy.
