Local oil change shop said that I should change all 4 O2 sensors @$569. And take to a place that works on the engine to change antiknock sensor for about $1,200. What is your advice?

1st step should be to check for codes
I am not aware of any recommendation that say that all O2 sensors need to be replace at once
If you can get the codes I will try and get you why you need and about how much it should cost

It's also another reason to just get an oil change and oil filter at those type of places as they don'tknow what they are doing other than oil changes.
