Using alot of anti freeze
My car is is using alot of antifreeze have to put antifreeze in it every 2 weeks no leaks on the ground smell antifreeze some time on the inside

There is a leak somewhere and it is not too large to leak to the ground. Visually check for signs of coolant around hoses, radiator, joints etc. If you are not able to see any, get a pressure test done. That should show up clearly.
