Truck starts engine runs fine hit throttle engine runs rough for a few seconds then returns to normal ideal. Changed plugs, wires checked coils and changed Iacv. Had code for #2 cyl misfire but that takes forever to duplicate. I think code comes on per the rough idea thinking injector?

Try testing the throttle position sensor, Cleaning throttle body, and check MAF sensor.

Yea was looking for specs on mad and tps but couldn't find it on web and autozone didn't have them. I did clean mag with a maf cleaner but no change ran com on it and the maf was around 54 and tps at 20 the only thing I seen on ho2 bank 1was 700 to 30 and bank 2 stayed higher 800 to 100. I'm thinking they should be about same voltage. And thank you for helping me. Appreciate it.

Try running some fuel cleaner through to see if it clears up at all (seafoam or lucas is good). Can you do a fuel pressure test?

Hello put 2 types of sea foam in. 1 in crankcase and fuel tank and the other in the throttle body. Got 2 codes after burning up the stuff in the throttle body. One for bank 1 ho2 but I assume is because of cleaning the other was for p1401 DPFE sensor, so replacing. I'll let you know how that goes.

Well I replaced DPFE and still has same issue but engine seems smoother and idel is not as bad but still shakes after pressing gas and then smoothed out. I have not replaced bank 1sensor 1 ho2 yet. Bank 1 and 2 are different volts 1 fluctuations are spurs tic and drop to 60 and 2 is more consistent. When I've done other cars they usually are around same volts. Would like your input on this. Thinking fuel injector bad but it's not giving me a misfire code any more for 2 cyl. Or can it be valves? I'm lost at this point.
