Does anyone no whitch wire is the power on the back of the switch

your 4 wheel drive mode switch should have 4 wires . black - ground, light blue/red - instrument illumination, dark blue (1) sends signal to the generic electronic module (GEM) while dark blue (2) returns signal back to the switch from the GEM.
