What is causing my van to shake and lose power between 50 and 60 mph

I have a 2001 Ford E-350 xlt extended van (v8/5.4) that has been running great up until the last couple of months. It does have oil leak issues, but I have kept it full and haven't had troubles until we took a trip in very hilly country with a heavy load. The van works fine at low speeds and above 60 mph or when accelerating or going up hills in high gears, but when between 50-60 mph in lower gears it shakes and loses power.

Any idea what is causing this?

Thanks!

Hmmm. This sounds like maybe a fuel system problem. If you want to know for sure you can get a fuel pressure gauge that you can tape to your windshield. Then drive it and see if it loses fuel pressure when the problem happens.
