2001 Dodge Intrepid Car cranks but wont start

I took a trip out of town. As I got off the freeway and approached stop sign, the instrument cluster flickered and the car died.I tried cranking it back up but it wouldn't turn over. Had set code 601 and 304. Replaced cam sensor and it still won't turn over.

The P0601 is an Internal computer failure so you probably have a bad PCM.

That's up to you. I'm not a fan of junkyard electronics. Anything used is a risk and it will likely have to be programmed anyway.
