I have a 2001 Dodge dakota slt 4x4 witha v8 5.9.. wont start not firing

It will crank strong but the truck has no fire or spark to anything. The odemeter is reading "nobus" my gas gauge isnt working. I replaced the pcm, and crankshaft sensor, had the coil pack tested it is reading 1 ohm higher it should be 2 and its 3 could that cause it. Also i hotwired the fuel pump to see if it kicks which it does... Do you have any suggestions? I really hope you can help!

No snapping blue spark continue to troubleshoot the ignition system-power input to the coil/coil packs, coil's resistances, cap and rotor, distributor pick-up coil, ignition control module, cam and crank sensors and computer Note: If it doesn't apply disregard it and keep testing
