Left Turn signal blips out radio and heat

I just bought my van about 2 weeks ago and was told that the Body control module was changed because the gauges stopped working. My gauges work awesome now but it changed the miles from 150thousand to 50thousand miles.
A week of driving I went to turn on my left blinker and it blips my radio and heat out. It also effects my windows when you roll them up it starts and then stops over and over. After the blinker turns off everything goes back to normal. I have a cd player and put cds in and it doesn't shut it off completely. It actually goes to the spot where the song left off. We went to go check out the fuse box and it sounds like a clock. Except it skips a beat. Hard to explain it only sounds like that when the turn signal is on. When we touched a couple relays the clock on the radio stays on but it still makes the radio blip in and out like it's skipping up until you turn the left turn signal off and it's back to normal. It's only the left turn signal. OH and the check engine light popped on after two days of this happening.

The cd player sounds right. Most are designed to go right back to where it was when it was shut off.

Have the computer scanned for any and all codes, hard and soft. Make sure there aren't any shorts in the blinker circuit to the radio circuit.
