The blower fan does not blow air in the front. The back works. What could the problem be?

Hello,
This vehicle is equipped with 2 blower motors. It is likely that the front motor is bad.
The blower motor is located behind the dash. There are few items to needs to be removed in order to access the blower motor (see diagrams below).

I have attached the replacement procedure for the blower motor.
