Door light open still on

I noticed the other day the my check trunk door light was on. I had just out stuff in my trunk so I figured I didn't close it all the way. I got out and slammed it shut. It shut fine. Got back in car the light on my dash was still on the only time it goes off is when my car is in reverse. Then while I'm driving, when my car gets below 15 mph my car locks and unlocks own its own. When I got home I parked, turned my car off, locked my doors and went inside. Not even 5 minutes later my alarm started going off, when I went out there to unlock my car so it would stop I noticed my roof light and rearview mirror lights were still on because my car thinks my trunk is open the lights won't shut off. I have to physically unplug the battery so it doesn't die. I pulled out all the fuses in the fuse box under the dash and not one of them turned my interior lights off. Where else should I look and what should I do?
