Ran out of gas. When I put gas in it wouldnt crank back up. Continued to try until the starter went bad. I have replaced the starter but still no luck. Theft system light wont go off also when I press the fuel rod valve gas only dribbles out it doesnt squirt. Fuel pump comes on and car turns over but will not start.

Spray some starting fluid into the fresh air tube, reconnect that tube, then try to start the engine. If it runs for a few seconds, suspect the fuel pump was overheated. It's cooled by the gas around it.
