Chevrolet Cavalier Gas Problem

I have a 2001 chevy cavalier, jut replaced head gasket not even a month ago. Changed radiator hose. Overheated to point where had a rod knocking and engine shut off. Tempature gage never went over 200. but when started messing with it went as far as could go over 260. Now my oil looks like chocolate milk and cold air. and really dont want to start but does. smells bad like gas. water and collant going somewhere. when driven water and collant come out all over road. not sure from where. what could it be?

When you changed the gasket did you have the heads surfaced? If you didn't then they may be warped and just changing the gasket will not work

Did you replace the head bolts?
