Adapt throttle body? What are you trying to do? Is this throttle body not for your model?

P1565 is "Idle Speed Control Position, Lower Limit Not Attained"
My reference doesn't show anything for P1579.
What size engine is this? Why were "adapting" the throttle body?

OK, I found something, it looks like when fitting a throttle body it must be re aligned and the ECU supposed to "Adapt" the new throttle body in its configuration, easier said than done for me, as I have never done this, you may have to contact VW for the procedure, I will look into it a bit more, but it won't be for a bit now as I have to get off to work again, may be rivermikerat may be able to have a look into it as well in the interim.

From what I see, it requires the VW VAG Scanner/Programming tool.
