Toyota Avalon Battery Problem
On Wednesday Dec. 12, 2012 I went to adjust my tilt steering wheel and it would move. What has happen? Does this have anything to do with electrical? My reason for asking is I haven't driven my car for 3 days and now the battery (New Dec. 2011) is dead. Jump the car, let it run and today its dead again. Would this have anything what-so-ever to do with my tilt steering wheel?
Thank you for taking the time to answer me. I will go to Toyota dealer tomorrow 12/17/12.

If the battery is weak, the tilt steering or any other electrical component that requires high electrical loads would not work.
Symptoms indicates either the battery is failing, the charging system needs attention or you have a drain somewhere and thease have to be tested/checked.
Get the battery problem resolved first before worrying about others.
