I've changed the gas filter, new battery, new coils. When you spray a starter, it tries to crank but then it dies back down. What could be wrong with the car, is it the fuel pump or sensors

Check the fuel pressure with a gauge to rule out the fuel filter and fuel pump start here

Just to add to this one is the security light on solid or flashing? If so that would mean the fuel to the engine is shut down and the security system is keeping it from starting. Any codes? Also have you checked for spark?SO you say it starts and runs for a few seconds on a prime from starting fluid?
