I have a 2000 pontiac montana with 3.4 lt. Here is what happened. Had a leak in exhaust which melted part of the side of gas tank and the supply line coming off sending unit. Gas tank has no holes going through. I have the tank out fixed gas lines and changed filter. Hooked back all lines except fill and vent (tank still on ground) car started and ran for 30 seconds. Will not run. Hooked supply line up to have and am getting up to 75 psi. Have gas coming back in return line. Put starting fluid in two cylinders and it almost started. Otherwise it will just turn over and not try to start. I hear the gas coming up to the motor. And see some on plugs not much.

Check for a blockage in return line and or a bad regulator you may have burnt something else as well.

Return pressure is good. Not sure how to check regulator. I keep reading on this security system. I have a flashing light on radio that say theft look. Is that just for the radio or is it for the body control module. I think my injectors are not pulsing.

Scan for codes and check fuel pressure with a gauge at rail. Try resetting anti theft which if light is on in dash it's activated not radio. Check fuses underhood.
