2000 GP 3.8 starts but only runs 10-15 sec shuts off fuel pressure 38-42 new fuel filter

Do you have a check engine light? If so, have the computer scanned first. Also when checking the fuel pressure, you have to watch what it does at the moment the engine cuts off. If it was still at spec, then the problem isn't with fuel delivery. Check spark/wires/coils as well.
