I was driving home from work today and I seen the temperature gage go up to high and it my car told me that the easy turn Ac off to protect it engine, then it started by going to bog out and smoke from under the hood and then I got scared when I parked it now I don't know what to do. I know if I drive it it will make it worse and it could be my coolant BEEING low or my oil

If you run it low on oil the engine could seize they don't overheat from it. It could have a coolant leak causing the overheating. Or any number of things like the radiator cap not holding the correct pressure loosing coolant. The radiator fan inoperative not coming on at the correct temp etc. Or a bad thermostat. It could be low on coolant if you saw steam from a boil over from overheating. Without checking some stuff out wont know for sure whats going on. Like first thing check for leaks by filling the cooling system up with coolant and using a coolant pressure tester to pressurize the cooling system and looking for visual leaks. Also seeing if both the upper and lower radiator hoses getting too hot to hold at the temperature the thermostat is supposed to open. Also watching the coolant temp with a scan tool that reads live data and comparing that to actual coolant temp with a infrared temp gun. Also see if the radiator fan comes on at the correct temperature.
