Why doesnt my power window go up or down ?
When i try to put the window up or down i can hear the motor is working it just doesnt move

if you can hear the motor working it's agood possiblility that the cable that makes teh window go up and down is broken. it is replaced as an assembly motor and regulator

is it diffecult to change and are their clips or sonething that may be broken

the door panel has to be takenoff. being a mechanic it's not that hard to do. you have to unbolt teh window from the regulator and rebolt everything in. there are plastic clips on the door panel that may break but most of the time they don't and it can be done fairly easily.
