My 2000 Breeze has sputtered as if it were.

My 2000 breeze has sputtered as if it were clogged somewhere, it was running then just quit and wont start but turnsover, possible fuel filter? Had water in tank a year ago replaced fuel pump and filter but accidently someone poured old gas in tank that I believe had water in it, but that was over 6months ago and put alcohol in and dry gas, as well as injector cleaner regularly to help prevent this from doing this, so my assumption is fuel filter because I can hear pump kick on but I dunno what do ya think or is it something else?

How long since a tune-up? Any applicable trouble codes? If you think it is a fuel issue, use a gage and check fuel pressure. A fuel filter is part of a tune-up. I don't take any fuel lines loose without being sure there is no pressure on the system.

Just to add, engine cranking, do have spark at the spark plugs?
