Fuel pump keep shuting down

I disconected fuel line from pump to in line fiter and the pump will star pumping I hook the line back up the car will start them in a day or so its doing it again

Check your relay. And check pump ofr draw it may be overheating and stopping.

Where is ofr draw located? Also my gas gage goes up and down randomly. Could that be related. We have already replaced the relay. Thank you!

Check the ground going to tank, the gagegoing up may mean a problem with the pump/sending unit assy

Well. We checked the ground. We replace the pump a few months ago.

It could aslos be your oil sending unit as that keeps the pump running while the car is running. The ground on tank shold be attached to a good clean ssurface, not rusty etc.
