So a few days ago my clutch master cylinder went out, so I ordered a new one and went about fixing that. Got it all installed and now with the new master cylinder in, it has absolutely no pressure. I tried retracing my steps to see if I missed anything and it doesn't appear as though I have, I don't have any blown lines and will be replacing the slave cylinder soon as well. But I am just completely stumped as to why I have no pressure. Help would be greatly appreciated.

I just did it as instructed, loosened the bleeder valve on the slave cylinder, had someone continuously pump it until I had a steady flow and then had them hold it while I closed the valve

JUST FOR GIGGLES

TRY THIS

PUMP IT 5-6 TIMES WITH BLEEDER CLOSED

HOLD IT TO THE FLOOR (UNTIL YOU HAVE COMPLETED STEP "XXX")

SLOWLY LOOSEN MR. BLEEDER SCREW

LET IT SPURT

XXX) CLOSE IT JUST BEFORE THE SPURTING STOPS

ADD JUICE/ NEVER LET IT GET EMPTY!

REPEAT UNTIL THE IS NO AIR FROM THE BLEEDER

YOUR TURN

So I gave your idea a try and the first two times pumping it worked. But once we went to loosen the bleeder screw the third and fourth time fluid stopped coming out. I'm going to try pulling the metal line off the clutch master cylinder, putting my finger over the hole and having someone push the clutch in to see if there is any air in there. If there is I'm going to pull the master cylinder and try repriming it then rebleed the whole system again.
