It all depends on how you drive. Lots of people drive manual differently. If you're shifting to first from second, you should be coming to a complete stop. If you do come to a complete stop, make sure you don't let go of the clutch while first gear is still engaged otherwise I would put it into neutral. Me, personally, if I'm slowing down, I put the car into neutral and coast to a stop unless I need to stop really fast, then I downshift to use the engine for extra braking.

Ok when a see a speed bump I put the car in neutral before the bump. After when the car is after the speed bump I can not put it in first I feel resistance if I force it ( the gear grind) unless I m at complete stop I can put it in first without problem. Is there any other way to put it in first without grinding the gear?

I've only owned manual transmission cars my whole life as I've never had one that grinded when I put it into first gear. Either your first gear isn't synchronized or you have a transmission problem. I would take it to a tranny shop to see if they can confirm.
