I bought a 2000 Mazda Protege yesterday and noticed the front driver and passenger locks are powered, and rear locks are not. Why?

It came that way from the dealer. I don't think power lock are just for the front doors because when I was skimming through the manual for power locks, it always said blah blah blah "locks/unlocks ALL doors". It always mentioned all instead of both.

All doors locks should be powered. Either you have a fault in the wiring circuit or both rear door actuators are bad.
