I was driving on the highway when my 2000 mazda 626 lx starting loosing speed then made a wierd noise and then it stop then the battery light and oil light came on but no smoke came out. I had it towed to my house the battery was worthless when I took it to get checked so I bought a new battery and when I try to start it all it does is make a clicking noise so I wanted to know what else can I do? The oil was low so I was wondering is their anyway I can make it start again. What to check after I got a new battery installed because the lights turn on and radio works it just makes a clicking noise when I try to start it.

Check the battery and connections, have the starter motor load tested if okay-check the starer relay, transmission range switch and ignition switch

Actually sounds like bad connections at battery or starter. Or you just got unlucky and starter went bad also. You could remove and have it tested.

Its not the battery cause I just got a new battery from auto zone. And when I installed it and tried turning it on da same lights pop up and same clicking sound. The battery light comes on and oil light comes on and still makes the clicking sound. The oil is very low so I wanted to know if the car shuts down when it knows the oil is low to the limit and if I put oil in it will it start

Low oil will not prevent engine from turning over. But why do you not just add the needed oil anyway? Some cars are designed with shut down if no oil pressure is detected.
