Check the battery and connections, have the starter motor load tested if okay-check the starer relay, transmission range switch and ignition switch

actually sounds like bad connections at battery or starter. or you just got unlucky and starter went bad also. you could remove and have it tested.

its not the battery cause i just got a new battery from auto zone. and when i installed it and tried turning it on da same lights pop up and same clicking sound. the battery light comes on and oil light comes on and still makes the clicking sound. the oil is very low so i wanted to know if the car shuts down when it knows the oil is low to the limit and if i put oil in it will it start

low oil will not prevent engine from turning over. but why do you not just add the needed oil anyway? some cars are designed with shut down if no oil pressure is detected.
