Kia sportage, cylinder 4 misfire, replaced plugs, wires, injectors, coils, no change. I did a compression test, got cylinder 1-3 at about 75 psi, and cylinder 4 at 0. Not losing any water, no oil loss. Possible exhaust valve stuck? Any easy way to fix?

Do a cylinder leakage test to confirm where its actually leaking at-also did you do a wet test?

No, I thought about doing the wet test after Id returned the compression test set (I got it as a loaner). I am going to get the tester again when its somewhat a decent day out. I did notice a hissing sound while I did the compression test. I'm not a mechanic, but is that normal?
