Cylinder misfire

Four cylinder four wheel drive manual 114, 00 miles.

Engine light comes on and code reads misfire cylinder number one. I think it is the injector but I do no know how they position the cylinders. Meaning cylinder is in the front towards the radiator or in the back by the firewall.

Hello,
it is common for the spark plug wires to go bad. They are hard to get at, but make sure you replace with original KIA spark plug wires. I had the same problem and car runs fine now. You can Only replace two wires the other two wires are built into two coil packs that lie above the other two spark plugs. Good luck. This should solve your problem unless the plug is bad. Only change plug when engine is cold to touch as engine head is aluminum and spark plug threads will strip!
Wire is about $14.00 at dealer.
