Gauges are not working Gas and H/C gauge what would cause this

Just bought car 14 hours ago. Instrument lights did not work, garage said had to order bulb, would replace. When I put gas in the gauge did not move, then noticed the H/C gauge was not working. Before I took the car they fixed the heater. Then this morning the rear window shade which was opening and closeing last night is now open and will not close. The clock on the dash does not keep correct time AmI looking at a major problem and can I expect the garage to fix all these problems

Cant say if its a major or minor problem not knowing what is causing all those problems. They could be problems that just built up over the years and the last owner just never fixed them. If its a good shop they should be able to fix all those problems.
