2000 Hyundai Elantra car won't start

Yesterday I was on the highway and the battery connection wires caught on fire, we changed them out, but now the car lights won't come on (only the light to show my door is open) and when you attempt to turn the key over it don't make any sound at all.

Check items in pic and fuses in car. These have probably burnt up due to cables catching on fire.
