On a 2000 Ford F350 Diesel Dually, in between the oil pans up top there is v shaped hole (like a vent) there is a oil drip in that area- oil is coming out of that hole- what does this imply?

Oil is pooling up in the valley (between heads) due to a leaking high pressure oil line or high pressure oil galley plug o-ring, common problem, Pull fuel filter housing cover off, look straight (behind fuel filter housing center engine) down in valley with light, should be able to determine where leak is, Ford parts only, unless someone started making after market lines recently.
