Tried 4X4?

Look under for the obvious--Like. Barbed wire wrapped up all over the drive shaft.

Does it strain in forward? Like brakes locked up?

Any noises from the rear differential?

Still throwing one more EZ one!

Is your tranny linkage loose, maybe on the tranny?

I hate this part, Maybe you have "Burned Up" reverse (like I did in wife's Escape, while trying to get out of the snow and ice)

We both still have/ had the "Getter Home" option with no tow truck. Don't forget, and go somewhere requiring reverse!
