2000 Ford F-150 Repair Question

I have a check engine light on and the code I got is a system too lean in bank 1 and bank 2, I cleaned the MAF and both banks 1 and 2 sensor 1 straightened out but sensor 2 on both are very sluggish and tend to stay toward the .2 or less voltage, is it li

Bank 2 sensor 2 stays almost continuously below .2v and bank 1 sensor 2 will go above .2v but when below .2v takes a very long time to climb above .2 on the order of 20-30 sec.

Lean fuel condition could be caused by one of the following below:

1.Vacuum leaks

2.EGR and PCV valve.

3.Low fuel pressure.

4.Dirty fuel injectors.

5.Mass Air Flow Sensor.

6.Oxygen Sensor.
