My mother has 2000 Dodge Intrepid with a 3

My mother has 2000 dodge intrepid with a 3.2 litre in it. Her oil filter came loose dropping most all the oil. I found the problem replaced the filter and new oil, but still the car wont start? Any ideas? Thank you.
