2000 Dodge Caravan Injector circuit #3 problem

Getting code reading for injector #3 circuit. Changed plugs, wires, and injector.
Problem persists. While troubleshooting with wiring diagram, discovered that vehicle wiring is not matching Mitchell diagram. Did discover while replacing injector wiring plug, that I had to look to year 2001 for the replacement. Perhaps wiring diagram is also 2001? Van was manufactured Dec. 1999.

Confused at this point tracing wiring. Feel like might need to replace injector wiring harness. But if so, which Year?

If the code is a misfire on #3 it can be anything have a pro diagnose this as these are extremely hard to find. Check resistance on injector about 11-16 ohms

Injector three is yellow/wht wire from pcm and drk grn/org on other side. This cold also be a bad pcm or connection

I am tracing injector wires back to PCM and am finding multiple incidences where they do not correspond to wiring diagram. For instance I am reading at (injector #2/ pin #1) is reaching pin#17 at PCM. (Injector #2/ pin #1) is also continuous to vehicle ground.

(Injector #3/ pin #2) is reaching pin #16 at PCM.
(Injector #3/ pin #2) is reaching vehicle ground.

I am tracing others now. I am an electrician/ part time mechanic. So wire tracing is normal for me.

The funny thing is the van runs ok with what appears to be a miss at cylinder #3

Oh, forgot to mention, at (Injector #3/ pin#2) should reach pin#7 at PCM according to wiring diagram.

That is why I am questioning wiring diagram. Van is running with only a miss on #3.

When I looked for pigtails for injectors, I had to go to year 2001 even the van is listed as a 2000, manufactured in Dec. Of 1999.

Oh, and resistance is fine on all injectors. Injector #3 is new

What is the code you are getting I f it's a 300 -306 it is a misfire an dmay not be the injector check for a vacuum leak. Image shows pic of drivers get a code first then go from there and don't hik it's an injector it can be anything if those codes are shown.
