This is my boyfriends car. His issue started yesterday when he was driving he lost gas power for a little while then it came back. He took into a garage for oil change today and the car shut off at garage, but they put a battery pack and it started. Tonight when I was driving I lost gas power for about two minutes then it came back. Then I lost gas power completely. Called a friend and brought his battery pack and the car will not even turn over now. The lights work, and electronic locks work, but power window and radio do not work.

I would bet on a loose connection or bad battery terminal. A weak connection can cause some weird things to happen, like intermittent loss of power. Check the terminals and make sure that (1) they are as clean as can be and (2) that they are so tight that you cannot move them by hand.

Here is a guide: https://www.2carpros.com/articles/everything-goes-dead-when-engine-is-cranked

I' will do a little more digging and see if there is any common issues to check, but I would start with checking those terminals. I would also follow the cables to their other ends and make sure that the connections there are equally tight and clean.
