2000 Chevy Impala. Brand New Radiator, Topped off Reserve Tank and Radiator and I still get a low coolant light. Also, the car overheats slightly beyond comfort. Also I heard a loud high pitch wine. It does not matter if the car is idle or driving. It is loud and very annoying. Could it be the water pump? This sound and overheating issue was prior to replacing the radiator.
