2000 Cadillac SLS Repair Question

I'm having electrical problems with power windows and radio
Radio shuts off unexpectedly and power windows won't go up or down usually at the same time. Changed circuit breakers for windows and accesories. No luck. Found water in battery compartment!

could be something with the body control module. you need a shop with a scan tool to monitor the operation of these items to see if they are getting commands to work

CHECK THE VOLTAGE GOING TO THE MOTOR. MAKE SURE IT SENDING IT THROUGH AND TO THE MOTORS.HOLD THE SWITCH FOR THE WINDOW MOTOR TO GO DOWN THEN BANG ON THE DOOR PANELS.DO THEY START WOPRKING?"
