2000 Cadillac EL Dorado engine misfiring, SES light flashing

My 2000 eldorado esc has been driving rough. Engine misfiring, SES light flashing, but only while accelerating, stays lit while idle. Drives fine for about.20 minutes, but once engine is heated, begins to misfire. Had this same issue 2 years ago, replaced plugs, boots, and front ignition coil. Problem was fixed. This time around, we replaced the plugs, boots, and rear ignition coil, but the problem remains. Any ideas on what it Could be?

Was the computer scanned to determine which cylinders are misfiring?

Let me know what you find. To me, it sounds like a bad coil. You may have just replaced the wrong ones.
