2000 Cadillac EL Dorado body control module

Dealer charged me $200 for a diagnosis that my bcm was bad. Almost all electrical functions, climate control door locks, window control and gauges wont work. I replaced it with a AC DELCO 9378190. No difference, any idea what else to try?

Is that the exact same part number as you removed? Have you checked body ground?

They are located all over the vehicle, under the dash, between the engine and body, suspension and body.
