My 1999 vw jetta TDI has been giving me prolems starting. It rolls over but won't stay running like there is not enough gas getting to it. I hold the gas pedal down and it sputters but won't stay running. I've changed the glow plugs, got a new battery. I'll donate if you can give me a fix that works. :-)

Hello,

It sounds like an issue with the diesel injection pump.
It is possible that the pump has malfunctioned and not providing adequate fuel in order for the engine to run.

I have included the testing procedure below.
