1999 Volkswagen Jetta starting

After you run the car and the engine gets warm sometimes it won't start cranks but won't start. After you let it sit about a half hour it will start again

Check the fuel line and see if it is anywhere close to the exhaust or a heat source. If so try moving it away from the exhaust. When the fuel gets hot it causes a vapor lock
