Oldsmobile Intrigue Engine Problem
It cold outside and now my car want start all it do is tick wat can that b n my check engine light is on as well.

The check engine light is on most likely because the engine isn't running. As far as the ticking, have the battery tested. Remove it, recharge it, and take it to a parts stores that will load test it for you. Most stores will do it for free.
