1999 Oldsmobile Intrigue car not firing

Replaced the battery, and the harmonic balancer. Drove car for two days and now it will not start can you please tell me the problem. What makes the car fire? Does the car have two timing chains a primary and secondary one please help so I will know what the problem is and get it fixed as soon as possible has anyone else had this problem with their car it is confusing to me

I don't know what the battery has to do with the timing chain but if you are having a cranking problem the first thing you need to do is have the battery charged and tested and once that is confirmed good, have the charging system tested.
