Why are the injector not open up?
When i am cranking the injector don't open up to let gas into the cylinder i check the injector pulse with a noid light, the light do not blink.

Either the PCM is not receiving the signal to pulse the circuits or the PCM is bad.

The cam sensor is the primary signal for the fuel injectors. Of course other sensors such as crank needs to be working as well.

oil is getting into the cam sensor where the wiring fit into it do oil suppose to be in there.

No, the connectors should be dry. If oil is from external, cleaning it up wold be sufficient but if it is leaking from within the connector, the sensor is bad.

Under such circumstances there is no need to test because it is bad causing the non starting. Replacing it is the only option.
