What are you trying to solve? The oxygen sensors have heaters to get them up to at least 600 degrees as soon as possible but the sensor itself doesn't receive power. It develops a voltage in relation to the oxygen it measures, so in effect it provides the power, so to speak; it doesn't get power applied.
