Squeaking car

My 1999 Mercury Mountaineer has started squeaking horribly. Is there any kind of lubrication that can be done in the undercarriage to correct this?

Squeking when turning, going over bumps, backing up, just when moving? need a little more detail. If it is squeking when turning you may have ball joints that have dried out and unfortunetly they might not have grease zerts so replacement might be necesary, have the front end inspected for worn out parts, a lot of indepedent tire/alignment shops will do this for a very reasonable price.
