When starting the engine is pulsating up and down and there no acceleration on pedal

I had a diagnose scan and the code came up P1580, throttle actuator M33?

What part will I need to replace and is there a rebuilt part for this I was told it was pretty costly to replace.
Thanks
Richard

This code relates to the throttle motor bank 1 circuit issue. There are different things which can cause the code. Things such as a wiring fault, the throttle motor itself, or ECM. However, the most common fault is the air mass flow meter.

Without checking things, I can't be sure what you should replace.
