1999 Lincoln Continental Repair Question

Lincoln Continental Battery Problem
I own a 1999 lincoln continental. ON cold weather it doen't work (November thru March) Arround end or March it work great. This happens to me , 3 yrs in the roll. It not the battery because I have new batterie put in. I live in colorado
So any advice or something I need to know?
